Cancellation Policy
At Golden Yug Wellness & Resort, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our guests.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours before check-in will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-shows will be non-refundable.
2. Refund Process
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.
- Any transaction or payment gateway charges may be deducted as applicable.
3. Modification Policy
- Guests can request date modifications at least 48 hours prior to check-in, subject to availability.
- Any price difference due to change in dates or room category will be charged accordingly.
4. Early Check-Out
In case of early departure, the remaining booking amount will not be refunded.
5. Special Bookings & Events
Bookings made for weddings, corporate events, or group reservations may have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
6. Force Majeure
- Golden Yug shall not be held liable for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond control.
- In such cases, rescheduling options may be provided, subject to management discretion.
